The UW-Madison University Health Services 24 hour crisis line is always available to you at 608-265-5600 Option 9.  You can talk to a trained professional any time of day.

If you or anyone else is in immediate danger or harm then call 911.

Need to talk?

If you want to talk to someone about how you feel or what you’re experiencing, reach out to a friend or family member to share what’s going on.  You can also contact UHS Mental Health Services during business hours at 608-265-5600 Option 2 to consult with a counselor or to get connected for further care.  You can discuss your own concerns or how to deal with someone else's behavior.
